In order to support Japanese actors realize their dreams of acting in English, Mai Kotagiri, a founder of Japan Casting, created Japan Casting, a first-of-its-kind platform in Japan. By making a place where actors can find opportunities outside Japan as well as for international production teams to discover actors with talent and a passion for being part of international productions. Our goal is to create meaningful connections within the entertainment industry and to break language and cultural barriers so Japan can be seen for its truly unique quality and people.
